The Master of Arts in Art Education at JMU is a graduate program for certified art educators dedicated to excellence in teaching and directing comprehensive art education programs in schools, museums, art organizations or the private sector. Anyone who has or will obtain a bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited institution in the U.S. or a comparable degree from an officially recognized college or university outside the U.S. may apply for graduate admission.
