ICT30115 – Certificate III in Information, Digital Media and Technology provides the skills and knowledge for students to become competent in a range of introductory ICT functions. It is designed to support a range of information activities in the workplace and allow you to develop self-sufficiency as an advanced ICT user.
The course includes two specialist streams:
Support – Develops skills in the advanced use of software applications in order to provide basic application software support, hardware support and administration.
Networking – Provides skills in basic use of a range of technologies to provide first level diagnostic support for computer network and administration to people using ICT.
