This course reflects the role of leaders who use initiative and judgement to plan, organise, implement and monitor their own work and the work of others as they respond to unpredictable problems within their organisation.
When studying this course you will develop the skills and knowledge required to manage yourself and others to achieve organisational objectives. Specialist electives are available in a range of fields that can be tailored to specific job roles or business contexts. To complete the qualification you are required to complete all 4 core units and 8 elective units.

What you'll learn:
